Our Angel Turns Six Months Old
On December 13th, Jane Elizabeth turned six months old.
She is now able to sit up, crawl, and say "ma-ma-ma-ma" and
"da-da-da-da," although she uses these "proto-words" at random.
Janie is a pleasant baby and smiles all the time. This Christmas has been the best yet for

Holiday Travels with Janie
For the Holidays this year, we traveled around, visiting
friends and family. We spent Thanksgiving in Ohio with
the Haswells, Christmas was with the Roberts in Iaeger, and then the Petersons and
Carvellis on the 26th and 27th. Click here to see some of the pictures.
Janie travels fairly well, if you can catch her at a sleepy
time, but we discovered that evening travel (during her normal "cranky time") is

 Since
we are accumulating so many pictures of the special kids in our lives, we're creating an
all-kids gallery. The gallery currently features Louis Michael and J.C. Rae
Carvelli, Sue Ann Pratt, Jordan Matthew and Cady Ann Potter, Nathan Tyler Kim, and
Savannah Lenee Roberts.

Brian Gets a New Niece
Since the summer of 2001, the Carvellis
(Brian's sister and her family) have been the foster parents of Sue Ann Pratt, a beautiful
three year old girl. After several legal proceedings, Sue Ann's biological parents'
rights were finally terminated in the fall, and Angie and Paul have decided to adopt her.
(They have asked Brian to represent them in the adoption proceedings.) Sue Ann gets
along great with her new big brother Louis and little sister Jaye C. Click here to
